- Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- For domestic orders, delivery is generally completed within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Express delivery options, where available, may reduce delivery time to 1–3 business days.
- International delivery times vary by destination and may take approximately 7–14 business days or longer, depending on customs clearance and local courier services.
- Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
- ScentForest may offer complimentary shipping on orders exceeding a specified amount, which will be clearly communicated on our website.
- All applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment confirmation.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you along with a tracking number.
- You may use this tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment through the courier partner’s tracking system.
- If you do not receive tracking details within the expected processing timeframe, please contact our support team.
5. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the address provided during checkout.
- If delivery is unsuccessful due to unavailability, incorrect address, or failed contact attempts, the package may be returned to the local courier facility or back to ScentForest.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching returned shipments.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of order placement.
6. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable fees may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
- ScentForest is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
If your shipment is lost or delayed, we will initiate an investigation with the courier service. Resolution, including replacement or refund, will be provided based on the outcome of the investigation.
