Exchange & Refund Policy
At Scent Forest, customer satisfaction is important to us. Every fragrance is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
1. Return & Exchange Period
We offer a 15-days return and exchange window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be mostly unused
- At least 90% of the product content must remain
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
Products that show significant usage, damage caused by misuse, or tampered packaging may not qualify for return or exchange.
2. Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Leaking
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
In such cases:
- We will cover all return and replacement shipping charges
- An exchange or refund will be processed after inspection
For faster resolution, we may request photos or an unboxing video.
3. Shipping Charges
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges due to preference
- If the issue is due to our error (wrong item, damage, leakage), we will cover all shipping costs
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Customers will receive a gift card of equivalent value as part of the refund process.
- Processing time: 3–5 working days after approval
Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
